Q: Where can I find the Zoom links?

A: To find sessions, just go to the Live page, and current and upcoming sessions will appear. Alternatively, go to the schedule and click on the title of a session of interest to you.

Zoom links are integrated into the system as each session's "location." If you have a ticket, you can click the location link ("Click to enter Session") starting about 10 minutes prior to the beginning of each session. You can find this link ("Click to enter Session") on the session's page and on the Live page while the session is in progress. There should be no password requirements or other barriers to entry.

If the Zoom room is not open for the session yet, you’ll see “Read More” on the Live page and a countdown (e.g., “Opens in 2H 35M 43S”) on the session page.

Q: How can I see the asynchronous sessions?

A: The links for asynchronous sessions (videos and posters) are on each session's page. You can view asynchronous options in the Asynchronous Sessions Showcase and on the Asynchronous Sessions page. You can view these sessions from April 29-May 31, 2022.

Videos from recorded synchronous sessions will also be available on the asynchronous video pages.

Q: How can I get an attendance certificate?

A: Attendance certificates are automatically generated at the end of the conference. You can find yours in your Edzil.la profile under "Your Ticket" about 24 hours after the conference ends.

Q: How can I save sessions for quick reference?

A: Click the heart icon next to a session to save it to your favorites list. Click the heart next to your profile picture (upper-right corner of the page) to access your favorites list.

Troubleshooting


Below are some common problems and solutions.

I can't enter a session.

First, make sure you have a ticket. If you do have a ticket, then make sure the session is actually in progress or about to start. The links ("Click to enter Session") aren't available until 10 minutes prior to the start of each session.

To find sessions, just go to the Live page, and current and upcoming sessions will appear. Alternatively, go to the schedule and click on the title of a session of interest to you. If the room is open and you have a ticket, you should be able to enter.

I bought a ticket, but it says I haven't bought a ticket.

First, check: did you log in using the profile you used to buy a ticket? You might have created two different profiles and might be trying to log in with the wrong (unticketed) one. Log out and then log in again with the correct (ticketed) user.

If you ordered a ticket on the KOTESOL website (koreatesol.org) and paid via bank transfer or Wise, then we have emailed a ticket coupon to you. You can redeem this coupon for a "free" (prepaid) ticket on the ticketing page. Check your email spam folder for an email from registration@koreatesol.org. If you don't have an email from us but definitely ordered and paid for a ticket through KOTESOL, please contact registration@koreatesol.org.

Live menu doesn't work for me.

Older computers sometimes have difficulty reading this webpage. Try a different browser or restart your computer. If it still doesn't work, try navigating to the individual session pages; you can enter Zoom rooms through each session's page.
